The most important food group is vegetables and there is no better way to incorporate more by creating healthy veggie snacks. Sometimes time is of the essence, and so you grab a quick muffin, cookie, chips, whatever instead.

Well, that fight can be over! How? It all starts with you having the veggies to eat, so go to your supermarket or farmer's market and stock up.

That sounds easy but they will just sit in the fridge? Heck no! These crucial next steps will have you creating a new veggie filled life! But first, what to get!!

Here it is! Get our grocery list out and add all or some of these! It is good to have a variety, four or more, to give your body nutrients and keep your tastebuds interested. It is also a good idea to switch it up from week to week!

The List:

Broccoli

Carrots

Tomatoes

Cauliflower

Cucumber

Celery

Peppers (orange, yellow, red & green)

How you'll rock this:

You think it takes a lot of work to have veggies on demand? Think again, friends. Here is the plan! The eagle has landed. Three steps is all it takes.

1. Cut your veggies into sticks, bite sized pieces, whatever you like. You can put them into a tupperware in the fridge or.......wait for it..... separate them into daily portions and take them to work or leave them at home. We do this weekly to twice a week. It is quick and painless, we promise!

2. Make or buy your favourite hummus or dip.

3. Eat them. Just do it. You'll be surprised, even when you're starving to death and want something like pizza, just start eating these bad ass packets of goodness and soon your thoughts of pizza will fall away.

Join us on our Quest for the Best! Stay tuned tomorrow for Review Day Tuesday! We have a favourite fast food inspiration coming!
