If you still remember the child within you, he/she likely still loves a good grilled cheese or at least remembers eating them as a child... right?
To satisfy this cheesy craving we recommend getting in your car, driving to Banff and sinking your teeth in the Candy Apple Grilled Cheese at Nourish Bistro. It is by far one of the BEST EVER!
This sandwich is made with caramelized onions, apple, cinnamon and goat or vegan cheese grilled on a fresh lemon and cranberry focaccia bread. It tasted kind of like an apple and cheese pie but in a sandwich. It is a delicious treat and a Master Chef upgraded version of this simple kids favourite sandwich.
On the side, you will receive, what the chef's at Nourish Bistro call the side of love. The day we ordered this dish we had the mixed bean salad, which was made with a blend of kidney beans, corn, onions and cucumber tossed in a light vinaigrette dressing.

1. It is a delicious throwback to one of your childhood fave's
2. It takes the meaning of grilled cheese sandwich to a whole other, and elevated, level
