A Taste of India - Cauliflower Flatbread from Veg-In YYC

They've done it again! Veg-In YYC (located at 215 6th Avenue SE in Calgary, Alberta) has created The Great Escape, which is a cauliflower flatbread bursting with flavour!
They start with a fresh naan flatbread and cover it with a house-made coconut tomato sauce. Then top with mushrooms, onions and cauliflower florets that have been marinated in aromatic curry and tandoori masala spices.
The next step is the chef tops the flatbread off with spinach, tomatoes sweet chili and tamarind sauce. This gives the flatbread a boost of colour, flavour and a nutrition.
From the moment you bite into this dish you will fall in love with it and not want the experience to end!

1) The freshly made coconut tomato sauce is better than any pizza sauce you will ever taste!
2) The marinated cauliflower florets are exploding with delicious Indian flavours.
