Meatless Monday!! Cherry Vanilla Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe

Get your protein and add some amazing anti-inflammatory goodness to your morning! The spinach turns the beautiful pink colour to, well something not as pink, but the benefits far outweigh any pints taken away for presentation!

Cherry Vanilla Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Chuck it in the Vitamix or high speed blender:

2 cups coconut or filtered water

3 cups packed spinach

1 inch fresh, raw turmeric root

1 cup cherries, pitted

1 scoup vanilla protein powder, preferably sweetened without sugar but naturally

1 tbsp Tart Cherry juice

1/4 cup gogi berries

1tbsp coconut oil

Awesome Additions:

2 tsp Maca Root Powder

1/4 cup coconut flesh

1 tsp Schizandara
