Welcome to week three of our Tamarind Vietnamese Grill & Noodle House review series. This last dish is another one of our favourites at this little gem of a place. You wouldn't think to look for Pad Thai on a Vietnamese menu; however, it works and it works well!
This delicious dish is considered one of the chef's classics. It is made with deliciously coated rice noodles in the house special tamarind sauce, served with tofu, sprouts, assorted veggies topped with freshly roasted peanuts. What we love so much about this dish is the house made tofu is to LIVE for and the sauce doesn't contain any fish sauce! It's actually made with pineapple instead... making it so delicious!

Why you want this dish:
1) The house-made tamarind sauce is finger licking good
2) The tofu is addicting and will keep you wanting more... we recommend ordering an extra side of tofu because it is just so good
3) It's full of perfectly cooked veggies
4) The price is right...only $13
Until our next quest for the best...
