This two main combo mea includes:
Fresh, hand-made vegan lemongrass chicken stir fry. This delightful dish is full of a variety of veggies and chef Nan's own house-made vegan lemongrass chicken, which is so close to the real thing you will question whether or not it is actually chicken!
Tom Kah Pak, which is a spicy and tangy coconut soup with kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass, cauliflower, carrots and bamboo shoots. This is just one of the fragrant curry's made by chef Nan that is a MUST TRY.
Along with the two main choices this combo meal comes with coconut rice (you have the choice of jasmine or brown as well) and lettuce salad drizzled with their house made Glory Bowl dressing. Pour the Tom Kah Pak, or other curry, onto the rice and BAM you have a mouth watering meal you will never forget!
Vegan satay skewers? Are you kidding me? Nope! These simple, but flavourful skewers, are made with the vegan chicken, smothered with a house-made peanut satay sauce and served with a lightly pickled cucumber salad. The perfect little snack or appetizer.
