David Wolfe didn’t give himself the middle name Avocado for nothing! These green fruits are packed with awesomeness for both the mind and body.

Decent amounts of Vitamin K, Potassium, Folate, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and smaller amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin). Whaaaaat? Why have you not been eating these?!?
Honestly, how can you go wrong? You can’t. Oh they have fats? F-ing right they do! These fats are what helps your brain function, your skin shine and your keep body fat to a minimum. No kidding, an avo a day will keep more than the doctor away. It will keep you feeling, looking and functioning young.
Need more ammo? Well, they are higher in potassium than bananas, they have anti-inflammatory properties, are packed with fibre and are good for your eyeballs. The oil is also resistant to heat induced oxidation, so either the oil or fruit can be used in cooking without a worry.
How you'll rock this:
You think it takes a lot of work to enjoy an avo? Think again, friends. Here are some easy peasy and satiating ways to enjoy this mind, body, spirit miracle of nature!
1. Cut that green beauty up and throw some himalayan salt on it. Bam! Ghetto fabulous! It requires nothing else. A truly quick and easy way to get this in your belly.
2. Quinoa, braggs liquid aminos, a touch of maple syrup and an avo. Ghetto teriyaki! Quick, easy and delish.
3. Corn thin or rice cake, ago and Himalayan salt. Want to add a little more fun? Tomato and pickle have got your back - you’ll want this awesome snack on the daily.
Eating an avo is as easy as 1, 2, 3... As you can see! You can do this!
