This earthly little creation has a quality and taste that lives up to the name. Made from fresh, straight from Mother Earth herself, we introduce the Gaia Burger. Nothing seedy about this place, except for the sunflower burger patty base, you must try North Vancouver's Cafe by Tao.

Agathe, who is originally from Quebec, has fully embraced her love of sharing wholesome raw foods. Bringing them any way you want them, you choose your adventure, experience her restaurant and order from the menu or shop in the market and DYI.

Being Veggie Burger Babes, of course we are ranting about the raw Gaia Burger!
This small and mighty patty is PACKED with whole food ingredients to give you nutrition from Gaia herself. Soaked sunflower seeds, walnuts and almonds and lightly flavoured and spiced to perfectly satiate you on a hot, summer day and enliven your senses. A fresh and crisp lettuce wrap replaces the bun, but no disappointment there. Raw and beautiful, the vegan dill nut cheese fills your senses and has your mouth watering for another bite. The sweet chilli sauce, tomato, cucumber and sprouts enhance and invigorate this rawsome little feast and every cell in your body at the same time.
