Think About it! Thoughtful Thursdays With the Veggie Babes

Thoughts. The things that go through our head, sometimes constantly. Some of them do not assist us in having the life we desire, and some do depending on how you have trained your brain. What? You can train your brain? Why yes, you can.

Our thoughts help form our actions in life, the actions we take and those we do not. How we feel about ourselves and others, and how we treat ourselves and others. We would have to say that thoughts are pretty important, so you might as well start filling that melon with all kinds of good stuff if you haven't already!

Ok, so here it is. It may seem crazy, but let's start thinking limitless! Yes, limitless. Will you reach that pie in the sky? Maybe, maybe not, but if you start thinking limitless you will be closer to it than you would have been before adopting this newest thought pattern.

Hey! What do you have to lose? Nada. Go limitless. Let your mind soar and see where it goes, just keep it positive.

Ok, the next layer. Yes, there are many layers to this, but we will start with four. Are your thoughts kind toward yourself and others? Well, they should be. Get on it! That limitless thought backed by kindness is the real deal. So that means no more 'I can't do that', 'I am not smart enough' or 'I'll have to take out the boss at the knees to get that' type thinking. Be responsible for you and act with kindness and integrity.

Does this mean you cannot stick up for yourself when you feel you have been treated without respect? Heck, no. Just do it as diplomatically as you can. This might take some time to get the hang of, as feelings tend to influence things, but just do your very best.

And... Action! Your actions are what come from your thoughts in many cases and they are what make things happen. If you want something to happen, you must take action. Is it going to turn out the way your limitless and kind thoughts scripted it?

Maybe, maybe not, but you have to take action and keep trying. If it is something you really want, you will get there, or it could just be the next stepping stone to something else.

Regardless, you will get somewhere if you take action. So why not?

Now what? Well, why not throw some joy in the mix! Get excited and enjoy life! Enjoy what you have worked for, attempted to accomplish, accomplished and all of the stuff in between. Things may not be perfect, but they could be worse.

We promise you, at the end of it all you will not be upset by any of the joy you experienced in this life.

The Low Down:

1. Be limitless and kind in your thoughts.

2. Take positive action.

3. Express joy for yourself and others.

4. Do not give a sh*t whether someone else seems to be doing better or getting more. It is none of your business and you will be just fine.

5. Don't worry, you got this!

6. Remember to make this fun and exciting!! Big and small, celebrate it all!
