Who doesn't like to have fun? We certainly do and sometimes fun is just not knocking at the doorstep. So what do you do? Make your own damn fun!
So... how do you have so much fun? It must take lots of money. Nope! Money helps but is not necessary!
Sign you up? Heck yes!
Well there could be a process ahead. It depends on where you're at on your fun meter.
Fun is everywhere, we promise! You might not experience it every second of the day, but you can experience it every day multiple times.
How can this happen?
Well, head down your portal to fun.
Where is it?
It's everywhere...
Start your fun:
1. Look for the fun and funny in everything, you'll find it.
2. What are you wanting to do but not doing? Write these things down and start planning on doing them.
3. Challenge yourself. Think outside the box and get outside of your comfort zone. If this is difficult for you, start small.
4. Everyday do one thing, big or small dedicated to fun and enjoyment. Are you laughing until you cry? Maybe, or perhaps you are enjoying a moment to yourself with your favourite snack, puzzle, meditation, adrenaline rush or sport. Fun comes in all shapes and sizes, you just have to embrace it!
5. Remember to make this fun and exciting!! Big and small, celebrate it all!
