On the road in Ontario is anything but terrible! There is so much beauty and fun to take in. The City of Belleville has an abundance nature to enjoy by both eye and mouth! Walking along the water's edge you can see blue herons and white swans, out towards Prince Edward County you will find tree frogs, herons, wild turkeys, deer, red tail hawks, migratory birds, humming birds, wood peckers, fox and coyotes, just to name a few!
Rally on into the Belleville Farmer's Market for a real treat! They have true amazing farm produce there for very reasonable prices. Today's Special on the Veggie Burger Babes Menu is the PSS Smoothie!
Ontario is known for its peaches and now we know why! Bam! Each bite is a slap to those sweet old tastebuds! Enter the strawberry, sweet and succulent, these farm fresh little jewels are a great pairing with the peach! The farm fresh spinach was so green and snappy - a great way to make it mean and green!
Peach Strawberry Spinach Smoothie - All sorts of awesomeness in a glass!
1 fabulous peach
1 cup of awesome strawberries
2 hand fulls of snappy spinach
.5 cup cashews 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
Half an avocado
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup (or more) coconut water or plain jane water - add more to desired thickness
Double down for an encounter of the friend kind!
Blend this baby up for some mouthwatering, body nourishing delight!
