You won't need any more time than a New York minute to know you want to eat every morsel of this Big Apple! Veg-In YYC, Calgary's newest vegan and vegetarian, street food inspired take-out spot has another delicious burger for you to get in and try!
The New York burger will put you in an Empire State of mind blowing proportion with its scrumptious portobello mushroom base, blended savoury spices and top it off you have the choice of what delicious sauce will go best with your burger!
Veg-In YYC's fresh vegan and whole-grain bun is a deadly one, so soft and full of flavour. The usual suspects onion, tomato and lettuce are in there with a broadway performance by a daikon and radish kimchi made from scratch by the owner, Sehra Bindal. The sauce of choice for this burger of awesomeness was the vegan mint mayo, another creation by Sehra, which when mixed with the kimchi added the perfect kick to this already delicious burger.
