Pushing the boundaries of food with over 18 years of professional culinary experience, industry know how and food-ucation we have to give a huge shout out to the Black Sheep Cannery food truck!

The amazing ladies behind this very cool, ethical and passionate operation hand make everything right down to each condiment, the only exception being the bread. Amanda and Erin believe in serving you the best they can, which means great taste and amazing, quality ingredients. Everything is sourced from either their own farm or local, and equally as passionate, farmers and fishermen. Every vegetable and piece of meat comes from somewhere special. The stories behind where your food comes from are as equally compelling as every bite. Their passion for food runs deeper than serving up good eats, they believe in knowing where your food comes from and how it was handled along the way. On their own farm they are getting ready to open it up for an educational experience to help spread the word! Amanda and Erin believe you should have the freedom to eat whatever you want (or can), but know what it is you're putting in your mouth. Sure, eat that candy bar but know what is in it, where it came from and what it does to you.
