Vegans get prepared!! If you have one get out of jail free card, use it on this burger. Like that freebie list? The one celebrity you can have relations with and it not be considered cheating? Here it is. The pearly gates have opened, rays of sunshine are streaming from the heavens and angels are singing and you will be shouting at the devil.

If I could drop another mic - Boom! Today would be the day, for we have found the Holy Grill.
On the 8th day sent from the angelic realm, and most likely created by the big man himself, feast your gaze upon this fine creation. It looks like a burger, it tastes like a burger, it has a fascinating combo of toppings and it will not let you down - even if you eat meat!
This is one of Holy Grill's best sellers. Vegetarians and carnivores alike order this burger and make it their own - no joke. However, delivered from evil just the way it is will have you praying for another one in no time. The tomato, cheese, onion, pickle, mayo and mustard add to that traditional burger taste. The bun is soft, fresh from Engles Bakery. The mushroom and rice based patty needs no help, but here's where mainstream is no more and this burger goes off the charts. Sprouts, avocado and the deadly addition of arugula will have you glad you're in a holy place.
Wait a minute... arugula? Hell yes. Don't knock it until you try it, and do not underestimate how this green will haunt your every burger. And - high kick. Game over.
Honestly, things just get better and better when you're at the Holy Grill. The veggie chips are an awesome alternative. A beet, sweet potato and potato chip trio - Lindy Approved - crispy and salted to perfection. Light and delicious.
Why you want this burger:
1. You just do. Give in to the temptation.
2. Taste like and unlike any burger you have ever tasted! It is a bit of a mind trip.
3. The bun, the burger, the toppings. Filling and delicious, what more can you ask for?
4. The price, which comes with the awesome chips is $9.50. Have your prayers been answered? Yes, yes they have.
5. The Holy Grill has 2 locations, both unique and funky. Perfectly casual, no Sunday dress needed! The 5th ave in the plus 15 has it all. Great food, great atmosphere, great drinks including kombucha, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea - and if communion is in order - wine (and beer). Yes, they are licensed! Awesome staff at an awesome place, put this one on your bucket list people.
The Holy Grill first opened it's doors at its 10th Ave location 14 years ago by the triple threat themselves - Nick, John and Andrew. You can experience the awesomeness brought to you by these three brothers at 827 10th Avenue SW or 222-444 5th Avenue SW in Calgary, Alberta.
Lindy tried to steal Nick so that we could have our very own veggie burger chef, but not wanting to carry out the work of the devil, she has left him to create more delicious food for the world to enjoy.
